Empresaria is a leading international specialist staffing Group, covering Permanent and Temporary recruitment as well as other staffing services including HR consultancy, training and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. The Group has a global reach across a wide range of business sectors, servicing a diversity of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, from central government agencies to local community services.

Established in 1996, Empresaria was listed on the London Stock Exchange AiM in 2004. The Group currently has over 100 offices in 18 countries, with more than 850 internal staff.
The strategy of the Group is to develop a diversified business across sectors, geographies and operational mix, with a focus on high growth markets. This has been achieved to date with operations in established markets such as the UK, focussed on specialist sectors, and emerging markets, both in terms of economic growth and the growth prospects of the labour markets, such as Indonesia, India, China, Japan and Germany. The Group operates with multi-branding, with each brand targeting a specialist area and so building experience and knowledge of their sector.

The philosophy of the Group is for management equity, to align the interests of shareholders and Group management teams through the sharing of risk and reward by way of equity participation. There is a decentralised structure with local management retaining operational autonomy and central functions focussing on financial planning and control, Group development and administration.
