As at 11/07/2008 the Company’s issued share capital consists of 33,564,201 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”), each share having equal voting rights.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,564,201.
Insofar as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 54.90%.
