Directors' dealings

The Company announces that on 14 February 2008, following awards made by the
Remuneration Committee of the Company on 7 February 2008 the following directors
of Empresaria transferred holdings of ordinary shares into the Company's
Executive Equity Participation Plan ("EEPP"):
