What does it mean to be part of the Group?

At the outset people looking to work with us are considering what tangible benefits we can offer, often in the form of funding or operational support. On closer inspection they will hopefully see a package of attributes, some or all of which will be of interest.

The Group structure will itself, in certain circumstances, be an attraction. With each company being self-contained and operationally autonomous we offer the balance of freedom of operation with staffing industry expertise and a range of commercial experience to support a business where required. In addition, being part of Empresaria offers access to a peer group of other company directors with their own ideas, expertise, contacts and shared interest. Fellow directors and individual companies often choose to pool resources for development projects, joint client pitches or shared infrastructure. Each year, in different countries, we organise a Directors' conference bringing together management from operations around the world.

As a UK listed company with our shares traded on AiM we provide added credibility for group companies looking to win clients, attract new people or negotiate with suppliers. In addition, we became a public listed company with a view to gaining access to capital markets to meet the development costs of the Group and our constituent companies. We aim to provide both working capital and development capital support for growing companies.
