Empresaria has developed new candidate sourcing operations in Hungary through an investment in Summers Investitions Group Kft ("Summers Group").

Empresaria's largest individual market is Germany where it operates through its Headway brand. The growing German economy, the increased demand for staffing solutions and the growing scarcity of skilled workers in that market has led to Headway investigating and identifying alternative resourcing opportunities outside Germany. Headway has now taken a majority shareholding in Summers Group, a Hungary based company located in Szombathely, close to the Austrian border. Summers Group specialises in the recruitment of staff prepared to work in other countries within Europe and is looking to establish closer connections with the German staffing market in advance of the relaxation of immigration rules in Germany relating to the newer EU member states which takes effect in May 2011.

Klaus Wrezounik, CEO of Headway International commented:

"Germany will open its labour market in May 2011, which creates great opportunities. With the acquisition of the majority of Summers Group we plan to cover the staffing needs of our larger clients in the food retail sector and have secured a recruitment market for qualified staff for the metal industry and healthcare."

Laszlo Nyari, founder of Summers Investions Group, comments:

"Before I founded the company we made extensive market research and identified the structural scarcity of skilled workers within Europe, a need that we could address through access to qualified candidates in Hungary. We believe that in partnering with Headway we will generate great opportunities for both parties as well as new career opportunities for our candidates and new skill sets for our clients."
