Hi, I’m Dal and I manage the Finance Teams in FS & C&I at LMA.
Having spent 15 years in technical recruitment & executive search, I have developed a far-reaching and varied network with international corporate clients across a variety of sectors. I have advised & assisted clients in strengthening their business through new hires and helped them to harness the power of information as part of an executive search or wider recruitment strategy, allowing them to create future talent pools and utilise these effectively.
My focus is the financial services market – often working with businesses in finding and making critical hires to support their growth, change or development. I help their business is undertaking\planning for the future, as well as replacing and filling gaps in their existing teams.
I take pride in working together with an organisation as a trusted business partner, after having built the relationship over a period of time. Of course, all relationships have a starting point and as such I’m always open to having confidential, initial conversations as well as less formal discussions over a coffee.
In my spare time I enjoy travel, spending time with family and keeping fit through training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and skiing (when work and family allows!).
