Account Director
Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic advertising agency. Our respected client is looking for an Account Director to lead a team of talented professionals and work collaboratively to develop and execute successful campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. The company location is in Taguig.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers and supervisors to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement advertising and media strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and the internal team
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all channels
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within client parameters
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and develop proposals and pitches to win new clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our services and offerings

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in developing and executing successful advertising and media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passionate about advertising and marketing with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Willing to work onsite, Mondays to Fridays
