Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a SaaS (Martech) company seeking to hire a individual contributor Account Director for their Indonesia office. This job is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role drives sales growth through innovative strategies, market insights, and strong partner relationships while maintaining a keen eye on performance and customer satisfaction with the detailed description and requirements as follows:

Job Description:

  • Manage a group of existing accounts and focus on keeping them satisfied and expanding their usage.
  • Look for opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure clients renew their contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts with high-level executives in target accounts.
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders, from the initial onboarding to regular check-ins.
  • Make sure clients are successful with our products and services and strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in managing accounts or sales, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
  • Proven track record of using sales & persuasive skills
  • You'll need to care for our clients and make sure they feel at home with our products and our around the clock support.
  • Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management.
  • Skilled at building relationships with senior-level clients.
