Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational SaaS (Logistics/Supply Chain) company looking for a Sales Account Executive position, highly preferable from a SaaS and Logistics company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.
- Manage assigned territory for end-to-end sales, focusing on new revenue acquisition.
- Drive enterprise sales, customer engagement, and support.
- Identify new prospects and their specific needs.
- Cultivate client relationships, providing continuous product feedback.
- Create new business opportunities and conduct virtual and in-person meetings.
- Research, plan, and deliver effective presentations.
- Communicate product developments to potential clients and engage in pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
- Achieve annual sales targets through new client acquisition and existing client growth.
- Identify new market segments for the company and understand its product offerings.
- Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for seamless client handover.
- Maintain client updates on Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS sales (1 year in logistics preferred).
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Possess business acumen, be target-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and open to travel.
