Our respected client is seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships especially with key accounts. The job is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a Monday thru Friday, (1) Morning Shift or Mid Shift and (1) Night Shift, Hybrid work arrangement.
Key job Responsibilities:
Support new, renewal and outdated quotes with direction from Sales Managers/TM.
Provide first line support for customer inquiries in timely and consistent manner.
Manage accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships especially with key accounts; Coordinates with the TM working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
Manage for new and prospective clients in the company CRM ensuring all communication is logged and accurate.
Assess and assist the various Sales Team requests related to technical problems and provide solutions.
Provide regular reporting on client service utilization, as well as analysis of usage trends and service opportunities; help then increase usage; detect and prevent potential cancellations.
Help define, implement and manage client communication plans to support product usage and growth in accordance with overall account strategy.
Proactively contact clients to check in, answer questions, identify training needs and schedule training if needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss overall and/or specific client needs and keeping clients engaged in our products and services.
Business and contact research/data entry tasks.
Ensure that proper communication line is met with the team in Canada.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Key job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication or any other related field
At least 2 years working experience in account management.
High level of personal initiative.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and multi-task skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
