Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading advertising agencies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager who will focus on advertising campaigns and ensuring their success. Work setup is hybrid, and office is based in Taguig, Philippines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client brief to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to develop and deliver high-quality advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the business development team to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Manage and mentor junior account team members, providing guidance and support as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for developing innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of junior account managers.
