This is a great opportunity for a strong Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to take a innovative house builder by the helm and join an agency that has celebrated success after success and continued to innovate and grow across the full the marketing spectrum.
What they're looking for:
- At least 2 year's experience within project management/client services experience (preferably agency based)
- Brilliant client questioning to create collaborative and pragmatic briefs, with a focus on a quick turnaround for design and production teams.
- A strong understanding of full-service creative project management end to end across brand assets, signage, hoarding, web banners, DM, leaflets, brochures, radio, TV, Social you name it.
- Excellent communication skills and a relationship building machine able to navigate regular face to face with clients and suppliers.
- An expert negotiator and delegator able to manage the work flow of the rest of the team and liaise between 3rd party suppliers, to ensure that campaigns not only perform but also deliver on time.
- Impeccable organisation and time management skills with a great eye for detail, to ensure everything is achieved on time to the best of the team's ability.
- A confident account handler with the confidence to challenge and push back.
- Strong business acumen, someone not afraid to add value to grow accounts and ensure that the client and the agency projects are on time, on budget and on brand!
