Our client, a global leader in the industrial software sector, is on the lookout for an exceptional Account Manager to join their dynamic team. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the industrial segment.
- Develop and execute an Account Manager Business Plan, outlining strategic and tactical approaches to achieve targets.
- Plan and organize all sales activities, from prospecting to closing, following the established Sales Process.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and policies, as well as respond to written and verbal communications from management.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis against the business plan, providing monthly reports with account strategies, current/proposed activities, customer visits, revenue status, and forecasts.
- Manage and nurture the customer pipeline in alignment with pipeline recognition rules, utilizing the Sales Force solution for activity tracking.
- Secure signed sales documentation to support revenue bookings.
- Retain existing accounts and enhance solution utilization by building long-term relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
- Provide market-related information to support management decisions and contribute to appropriate marketing activities.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and/or business development
- Specialized in selling software solutions to Plant Owner Operators, EPCs, and/or Design consultants
- Passionate about understanding and addressing customer business needs
- Skilled in investigating and uncovering critical customer problems
- Proficient in aligning solutions to address identified customer challenges
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT solutions
- In-depth understanding of business processes in relevant industries
- Previous roles in IT solutions providers, EPCs, Plant Owner Operators, or technology consultancies are advantageous
- Preferably holds a degree qualification or relevant professional certification.
