Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Philippines. Our respected client is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of accounting and manage the ERP system. The work setup is onsite, Monday to Friday. 8am to 5pm. Office is based in Shaw Blvd, Pasig City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Oversee daily accounting operations.
* Manage a team, offering guidance and support.
* Ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
* Handle BIR transactions, including VAT reports.
* Prepare financial statements.
* Maintain compliance with accounting regulations.
* Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
* Assist in audits and special projects.

Key job qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance-related field; CPA is an advantage but not required.
* With 3 years of Accounting Supervisor experience.
* Proficient in all accounting facets.
* Expertise in BIR-related transactions (EFPS and manual reports).
* Familiar with BIR Letter of Authority (LOA).
* Financial statement preparation skills.
* Strong people-management abilities
* Amenable to report in Shaw Blvd, Pasig City.
