Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an outsourced accounts service that is powered by a dedicated team of experts, smart technology, and forward-thinking accounting solutions. Our reputable client is seeking for Accounts Analyst who has experience performing offshore end-to-end bookkeeping tasks and monthly P &L analysis. This is a work-from-home and dayshift work arrangement.

Position Overview

  1. To process invoicing and accounts payables.
  2. To carry out banking activities
  3. To process payroll
  4. To prepare monthly accounts
  5. To complete compliance, reporting and clerical duties

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Finance team in ensuring the Group's internal policies and procedures are followed throughout the Group.
  • Manage the accounts payable process for all subsidiary companies within the Group, including the following tasks:
  1. Enter all creditor invoices into the Pronto and Xero system.
  2. Prepare creditor payment runs.
  3. File creditor invoices.
  4. Process internal business expense claims, credit cards and fuels cards.
  5. Maintain and update automatic payments.
  • Reconcile creditors statements to the creditors aged trial balance, following up identified discrepancies.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data within all relevant financial systems.
  • Act as backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Officers.

  • Absenteeism and tardiness rate

Key requirements include :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Very good written and oral English communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Xero certified Advisor
  • High Attention to detail
  • Has customer relationship skills
  • Experience working with global clients is a MUST

  • Xero Certified
  • Experience with accounting software - Receipt Bank, Hubdoc
  • Experience with working remotely for offshore clients
