A British Organisation are seeking a candidate with extensive administration skills to join their team on a 3 month contract. Previous experience working as a Project Support Officer or Stong Administrator is essential.

Role purpose

Improve capability and compliance with best practice project/programme development and delivery by providing the logistics for the rollout of a new global professional development offer in programme and project management. This professional development offer supports the new operating model, delivery of the CE business plan and one global team goal.

Reviewing and updating templates and tools in CE Centre of Excellence resource library platform, ensuring that links and content are up to date and the templates and tools are on the new accessible brand templates.

Main accountabilities

Leadership and management

* Plan and prioritise own work activities to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities and the team plan deliverables which then ultimately contribute to the delivery of the Global Business Plan.

* Be the project support for an agreed number of important internal initiatives related to global standards and associated ways of working

* Tasks, coordinates or assists/motivates others (e.g. third party suppliers, external partners and internal colleagues) to complete activities in accordance with agreed service delivery/ contractual/ project milestones or requirements (e.g. cost schedules, time deadlines etc)

Relationship and Stakeholder management

* Work with colleagues across CE, accounts payable and with our external training provider QA helping to address challenges and opportunities and providing support to address these matters so there is a streamlined and consistent service.

Service delivery

* Supports the planning, organisation and delivery of training and development opportunities that embed ways of working and builds capability in project and programme management​

* Collates information for the selection panels

* Provides a record of decisions and notes from the selection panels

* Manages the allocation of selected participants to specific course dates and groups

* Coordinate communications between the participants and the Centre of Excellence

* Updates content and links on Centre of Excellence templates and tools and migrate this onto new accessible format brand templates.

Commercial and/or financial management

* Operates and runs regular reports on range of standard, corporate financial processes and procedures to enable effective budget and resource management for the team, unit or project(s) - e.g. purchase order system, SAP reporting, procurement processes.

* Actively seeks to maximise value for money when acquiring resources, goods or services for the team, unit or project by adopting current best practice in procurement
