- Reception support in 3 locations (travel will be paid for between sites)
- Supporting Drs and other Medical practitioners with admin needs
- Supporting with writing and distributing prescriptions
- Responsible for managing the digital and physical filing system, ensuring accuracy at all times
- data input i.e; updating patient records, addresses, personal details, follow up appointments, details from appointments, prescriptions given etc
- Monitoring and flagging email communication
- Proof reading medical documents and other transcripts to ensure accuracy across the practice
- Scanning and sending follow up documents to patients
- Other duties ad hoc
