We are looking for Admin Customer Service reps to join our team!
Call center agents will schedule radiology for all regions with the Facility. Coordinate communications between business units. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Radiology has been tasked to reduce the scheduling queues. There are currently over 10,000 orders to call on, the team will be trained to schedule system wide. Agents will make 60 outbound calls per day to schedule radiology patients. Their assignments will be based on modality fill rates and then they will focus on wq reduction.
