Administrator/ Front Desk
London- Central
Temporary
£16-£18 p/h

A prestigious membership organisation requires an experienced Administrator to cover a busy front desk administrative role on a temporary basis, while they recruit the role permanently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing calls
  • Provide administrative support to the events team
  • Arrange catering services for boards meetings
  • Scheduling and arranging internal and external meetings,
  • Co-ordination and preparation of meeting packs, papers, and reports for the related Committees and Working Groups,
  • Maintaining accurate records of all company's information
  • Collaborating with appropriate colleagues where necessary
  • Attending and participate in in-person and online seminars and meetings
  • Managing the teams inbox and switchboard


Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support within a corporate environment
  • Proven skills in the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience of working with numerical, textual and verbal data would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to multi-task and juggle multiple parallel deadlines
  • Resilient under pressure and proven ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, with proven ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong analytic skills, with ability to interpret data and spot trends
  • Responsive and flexible approach, and positively adapts to varying work schedules and rapidly changing priorities
  • Results-focused, with sense of urgency and strong work
