Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf on behalf of an American multinational company, with products sold in over 180 countries. Our respective client is looking for an Analyst Customer Data Management. This job is based in Rockwell and currently on a hybrid setup.

What your day looks like
- Manage Customer Master Data Base in compliance with processes, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of information and supporting documentation provided by Business Stakeholder.
- Ensure Data Lifecycle Management activities such as: Data Quality audits, Data cleansings and Data enrichment.
- Perform analytics tasks/ reports ad hoc.
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders (Affiliates, other IBS's teams, other regions) to proactively follow up on end-to-end resolution of all cases related to CMD Process.
- Propose and implement process initiatives and improvements and actively participate in cross functional projects.
What you need to have
- You must be an action-oriented, fast learning problem solver with a university degree in Analytics or Finance,
- You must possess at least 1 year of proven experience within working in Master Data or Finance-related data
- You must be an agile person able to learn on the fly within changing environment and growing department,
- You must be someone with fluent English (oral and written), with a strong attention to details, analytical and customer oriented,
- You must be a team worker with advance knowledge in tools such as SAP, Excel and Winshuttle (knowledge of Macro and/or PowerBI is a plus).
