APAC Sales Manager - Instruments (Japan)
Client Portfolio : Particle Instrument OEM - Asia Pacific.
Role : APAC Sales
Remuneration : Max is120K USD Annual Package (Fixed) + Variable
Location : Japan
We are looking for someone who already Sales Manager experience in Channel Sales and Direct Sales with in Instrument segments and has Master or PHD in a specific related engineering in particle or physics.
- Connecting with research Institutions and universities across Japan in collaborating and introducing particle count and particle instrument solution.
- Working closed with channel sales partners and developing new partners in APAC.
- Understand client needs and identify business opportunities. Be the advocate to the customer needs towards the internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing and technical team in Singapore and USA in supporting the customer needed.
- Proven education and work exposure towards Instruments/ Particle Research/Air particle. (3 to 8 years). Master Degree or PhD preferred.
- 5 to 10 years in Sales Management in well knows companies.
- Coming from an Ecosystem of Research and Development network and understand the work methods and challenges.
- Fluency in Japanese is highly desirable and English on basic communication level
- Willingness to be part of a long term journey.
