An international private bank urgently requires an Arabic speaking corporate receptionist to cover annual leave from the 31st March - 6th April. You will need conversational Arabic to greet clients and converse in some cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients in a warm and professional manner (sometimes in Arabic)
- Answering the phone and redirecting calls
- Dealing with post and couriers
- Assisting where required
Skills and Experience
- Basic/conversational Arabic is essential
- Previous experience in a corporate reception role
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Able to follow processes
- Organised with good communication skills
