Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Makassar-Sulawesi region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners to enhance the company's brand and market presence.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success in meeting objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop region-specific promotional activities, campaigns, and materials.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and covering Sulawesi Area.
- Proven track record in sales and sales management, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Makassar-Sulawesi market, including key healthcare institutions, decision-makers, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team toward achieving targets.
