Executive Recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of artistic products. They are looking for a Creative Manager who will oversee the development of creative campaigns to get the target demographic by conducting research and coordination. This position will be reporting to the Creative Director and is on temporary work from home set-up and their office is based in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Enable the team and take part in the campaign development process
  • Establish objectives until the project is completed and presented to the client
  • Communicate with the company and brand partners and collaborators to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign
  • Control the budgets given, timelines and delivering the finished campaign within the given parameters.
  • Troubleshoot design, staff, or process problems as they arise Look for ways to improve the design department process
  • Be the channel between the creative director and the creative team Ensure the central company vision is executed on a day-to-day basis by the creative team
  • Conduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets and industry trends
  • Work with other members of the creative department to evaluate client or company needs Create project strategies, lead campaign production, and create visual elements for ad campaigns and ensure that all aspects align with the needs of the company
  • Hire, train and supervise the design team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, IT, or any equivalent degree
  • At least 3 years work experience in creative campaigns, designs and content creation
  • Work from home until end of 2021 and hybrid work setup next year
  • Must have a project management background
  • Previous work experience in advertising agency is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Competitive skills in Microsoft applications
  • Creative, youthful, strategic and can think outside the box
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
