We are currently working with a reputable company in the HRIS industry, that are looking for an experience Associate Director - Customer Success.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Also has experience working with HRIS or SaaS platform

Responsibilities

  • You will drive the growth of the business customer base by strategically identifying target brands who will utilise their platform to advertise through specific, data driven marketing methods.
  • They will also be responsible for increasing the brands' adoption and understanding of the technology, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring that implementation meet goals and objectives.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients and solving problems in a timely manner
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions, according to client needs and objectives
  • Give honest and helpful feedback to client
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings on a weekly basis

Qualifications

  • 8 years' experience as customer success/account management of software and analytics solutions.
  • Experience in HRIS software or related industries would be highly advantageous
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Excellent client-facing skills; professional presentation skills; articulate written communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create strong and trusted relationships
