Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international development finance institution, and they are looking for an experienced IT Officer well-versed in Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint. This job is on a WFH Set up and company is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Job summary:

The IT Officer will help ensure effective, efficient performance of information and communications technology (ICT) services by overseeing delivery of IT services. The incumbent will work closely with the department to implement technology solutions in alignment to its business objectives and requirements, promoting digital transformation and new ways of working. The incumbent will also act as the single point of contact to achieve optimal provisioning of support services by ITD to OAI including IT user support and Infrastructure services by ensuring internal coordination within ITD. In doing so, s/he will ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented in line with the bank's policy. The incumbent: (i) will report to Director, ITDS (or his/her designated staff) for the accomplishment of work assignments and on administrative matters; and (ii) will have secondary reporting responsibility to an OAI International Staff on operational aspects related to daily work.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Digital Solutions:
  • Act as subject matter expert on OAI digital solutions. Coordinate with OAI in gathering requirements, issues and opportunities for improvement, to convey voice of OAI IT users to ITD during design and development of digital solutions. Participate in business case preparation, planning roadmaps and enhancements for applications, and other relevant ITD activities.
  • Develop and enhance solution packages for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for OAI in its case management system named Quantum and perform ETL (extract, transform, and load) of existing databases, facilitate user testing, troubleshooting, and deployment in DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
  • Administer deployed CRM modules, including Dynamics 365 Marketing and Portals.
  • Build reporting dashboards within PowerBI from various data sources in OAI, including Microsoft Dataverse, for OAI's quarterly and annual reports, as well as on-demand charts for case statistics.
  • Administer the bank's Sanctions List for immediate and cumulative updates on SWIFT, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Tool, and Quantum in coordination with ITD, Trade Finance Program (TFP) and Private Sector Transaction Support Division (PSTS).
  • Coordinate with ITD regarding communication and rollout of new ICT products and services to OAI, including dedicated IT environments for real-time collection and analysis of data from disparate systems. Provide inputs to adoption and change management plans and participate in their execution, as needed. Provide feedback on user adoption. Create appropriate end-user communications related to OAI user support activities and initiatives. Contribute to the overall continuous improvement of technology resources of OAI user digital fitness.
  • IT Single Point of Contact:
  • Analyze service trends and behaviors and propose options to proactively address any changes driven by growth or requirements, for OAI management discussion and endorsement. Implement the recommendations from OAI and ITD for continuous service improvement.
  • Act as ITD focal point in OAI, and coordinate within ITD to ensure the smooth running of OAI ICT services, including:
    • user support, local network infrastructure, telecommunications, internet connectivity, printing, server systems and IT room facilities, end-user IT equipment, and the bank's standard applications and productivity tools
    • installations, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades to ICT services, systems, infrastructure, and facilities
    • local deskside support, troubleshooting, resolution of routine hardware and software issues, and IT support for videoconferences, meetings, events, and missions
    • user training on standard bank applications when required, including guidance on data security, integrity, and confidentiality
    • Bank business continuity and disaster recovery processes and procedures. Works with ITFS on improving overall IT resilience of OAI
    • tracking of IT equipment and asset inventory, ensuring accurate and timely updates to IT asset records. Oversees distribution of IT equipment to local staff
  • Coordinate with ITD security team to obtain digital evidence for OAI's investigations for forensic analysis. Perform indexing of the evidence obtained. Ensure that the chain of custody is maintained. Manage the storage of this digital evidence while ensuring its integrity and confidentiality is maintained.
  • As required from time to time, coordinate with ITD Facilities Team in monitoring technology and related infrastructure provided to OAI.
  • Perform other tasks as and when assigned, and as reflected in the incumbent's workplan.


Key job requirements include:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level institute diploma/certificate preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, or Computer Science-related courses or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of ICT as applied in Office 365 cloud solution implementation, including SharePoint Online and Dynamics 365
  • Excellent organizational skills to keep track of IT assets
  • Candidate must demonstrate the highest level of integrity and be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality with their work
  • Experience with taking ownership of IT-related issues, and providing excellent customer service
  • Experience overseeing vendors and tracking contract deliverables, ensuring timely delivery according to budget plans and schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate with colleagues at multiple levels, within own work location and throughout ADB
  • *Ability to work with an IT service desk ticketing tool, preferably ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated teamwork (ability to working with others to achieve more effective results), and conceptualization (developing viable solutions based on an understanding of institutional perspective and needs) skills and management of others
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills


Preferred:

  • Professional training in software and hardware installation, operating systems, troubleshooting, networking, systems administration, customer service, and other relevant courses
  • Certifications in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco, Apple, and other relevant programs
  • Previous QA or ADB IT project experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries and/or working as a team leader
