International executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Consumer Packaged Goods company in Vietnam. Our client is seeking a Country Sales Manager with at least 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage a branch with 4 staffs in expanding the whole business both in Supermarkets AND Retail Shops channels.
  • To set up strong sales and marketing team to promote the brands and increase the sales volume
  • To be able to move around visiting different supermarkets and distributors to setup promotion program nationwide.
  • To develop instant beverages products to general trade channel through nationwide distributors, wholesalers, resellers and shops.
  • To analyze targeted market and develop sales strategy to deliver sales revenue.
  • To maintain existing clients and develop new source of potential clients nationwide both MT and GT trade.
  • To develop a strong relationship with purchasers to develop SKU portfolio, collect real time data sales to optimize PO from every shop.
  • To coordinate with marketing operations, packaging development and supply chain.
  • To qualify for this role, candidate should have the ability to work independently and effectively as well as cooperatively with senior manager across borders and internal matrix.


Job Requirements:

  • Have 5-10 years experience in general trade channel, preferably in FMCG or Instant Beverages industry.
  • Strong experience in general trade channel, have a good network with distributors and wholesalers.
  • A professional with entrepreneur mindset, high motivation to develop and hungry for success.
  • Highly independent and strong leadership skill.
  • Good command of English.
