Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on chemical foam manufacturing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience operation and business for the job of Branch Manager. The job is based in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report to Director
  • Planning and control of branch office to ensure the target is achieved
  • Monitor and take action on cost efficiency and effectiveness while attaining exponential /fast growing sales result
  • Provide planning and status report (orally and written)
  • Guide, supervise, and mentor all human resources within the team
  • Handle sales, purchasing and material handling
  • Handle HR & Finance in the branch office
  • Handle production data related to the operation in the factory
  • Prepare the groundwork/ start-up preparation, including market survey (such as listing down potential clients), involved in the product development, building up the organization, and getting details ready for initial sales activities
  • Handle operational activities including to cover another sector of customer services, delivery order, and claim

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related major from reputable university
  • 15-20 years' experience field as branch manager experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations
  • Experienced in handling a chemical or foam products
  • Strong customer background from chemical and garment
  • Skill on overall general management with a focus on sales, purchasing, operation, finance and HR
  • Possess leadership to head the team
  • Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with his team and also across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization)
  • Capability to work independently (analyse, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence
