Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational Food and Beverage Company. Our client is seeking for Head of Brand position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market penetration, and consumer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, traditional advertising, events, and promotions.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses, ROI, and making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing roles within the consumer goods or food and beverage industry, with a track record of successful brand management and campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
