Fantastic opportunity to join this globally renowned confectionery business. Reporting inti the Marketing manager and having responsibility of a direct report this is the perfect stepping stone for a seasoned ABM or a BM looking to gain great exposure and be part of the full mix marketing plans for some well-loved brands.
The role will be responsible for managing a core portfolio of brands - and there is a lot of opportunity to scope the brand and strategy to make a big impact in the UK/ I markets.
Working closely with the sales team, as well as other teams (shopper, category, supply, finance) you will work on how to grow and where to take the brand.
Although BM level there is a lot of autonomy in the role- and exposure to senior management. They have a great all hands on deck non-hierarchical culture and this role would suit a work hard, play hard team player.
Significant experience as ABM or BM in a FMCG sector
Management of budgets and has demonstrated P&L accountability
Management of agencies
Ability to interpret data and make recommendations (BI, Nielsen, Kantar, IPSOS, Blueplanner)
Ideally some other man management (e.g. of intern)
Strong project management and ability to multi-task
