Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading local consumer goods company. Our respected client is looking for a Brand Manager. This is position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable and responsible for developing brand strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future need; monitoring sales and competitor
  • Accountable and responsible for managing relevant budgets for brand and marketing communication spending
  • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
  • Provide short-and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
  • Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources
  • Develop NPD together with related department, evaluate product sample until product launch


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Preferable related background experiences with more than 5+ years of working experience in FMCG Industry
  • Experienced in new products development projects
  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
