Company & Job Description Brand Partnership and Sync Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational entertainment and record label company. Our respected client is seeking a Brand Partnership and Sync Manager who will drive and grow the business and revenues through commercial partnerships and collaborations with external parties mainly in the Philippines focusing on Film/TV, Food & Beverage, Technology, Gaming, Finance, Luxury, Fashion, Beauty, & FMCGs industries

Key job responsibilities include:

* To deliver compelling and bespoke commercial partnership proposals
* Develop, drive, and grow new business revenue from existing clients and new business opportunities.
* Manage brand partnership and sync licensing business revenue with key focus on growth and revenue generation from domestic and international signings.
* To research, analyse and assess emergent companies/markets interested in commercially exploiting content.
* Manage business function end-to-end - client pitching, artist management, project management and customer success.
* To continually update brand partnership and sync reel and artist roster bios to stand out from competition and engage clients.
* Align and work with multiple local, regional, and international stakeholders.
* Be a part of the company's overall team consisting of Domestic, International, and A&R to help drive overall market share through strategic partnerships that can grow the company's business.
* Client servicing - to grow relationships with existing client management teams.
* Strategize and drive growth in new business revenue from engagements, events, and endorsements.
* Drive to overachieve KPI and business goals and grow revenue from existing clients.
* Develop and expand expertise and strong business network and relationship to ensure accessibility of all key business opportunities.
* Plan and execute the business opportunities and deal negotiation and strive for the best terms for the company.
* Plan and manage pitch meetings with brands and agencies.
* Drive and proactively seek brand partnership and sync licensing opportunities.

Key job qualifications include:

* At least 3 years relevant experience with strong track record in driving business performance
* Comprehensive understanding of major new media platforms and businesses, and emerging technology trends.
* Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with a high level of initiative & strong drive to achieve desired business results.
* Ability to structure partnership proposals and negotiate commercials.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in verbal and written English
* Proven experience in driving revenue from business development and partnerships.
* B2B sales and account management experience
* Deep knowledge in digital innovation especially for consumer technology and social media.
* Demonstrated successful experience in partnerships, business development and selling to brands and agencies.
* Extensive understanding of partnerships and brand marketing challenges.
* Experienced in managing events.
* Organized, highly commercial with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* High energy with strong self-motivation to seek and develop opportunities and generate revenue.
* Results driven with a relentless desire to accomplish KPIs and exceptional growth.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
