International award-winning executive recruitment agency Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a world's leading FMCG international company. Our client is seeking for an experienced Business control manager, who has strong experiences in manage data and reports. The job is open for Vietnamese only.

Job Summary:

  • Support to standardize and implement financial project
  • Deliver data and reports appropriately with high precise consolidated to key stakeholders
  • Ensure productivity levels in compliance with service level agreements, and support Line Manager to deliver best services, create visible value for the client

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage appropriately, accurate consolidating financial data, and deliver reports to key stakeholders
  • Assist to all levels of management by delivering management information support
  • Deliver timely and accurate regional P&L, supporting trade investment tracking
  • Responsible for delivering Commercial reports (related to sales) to evaluate Commercial performance
  • Ensure productivity levels in compliance with service level agreements
  • Understand customers' demand strategically to develop suitable reports
  • Formalize and establish a clear roadmap to automate and standardize reporting process to enhance its efficiency
  • Communicate with customers effectively in terms of process changes and deliver feedbacks accurately
  • Provide Line Manager necessary support to utilize the reporting processes
  • Standardizing and implementing finance projects if needed
  • Support Line Manager to deliver best services, and visible value for the clients
  • Support Line Manager to deliver business case of each initiative
  • Analysis and solve problems
  • Ensure customer satisfied by effectively communicating and helping to meet the customer's needs, and serve as the escalation point for customers
  • Build a great customer centric culture and lead by examples to the team

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience

  • Acquired University Degree or above (MBA would be preferable)
  • At least 5 years experiences in management reporting (Business Analysis, Management Accountant, etc) is a must
  • Have experience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience in change management would be beneficial

2. Other requirements

  • Excellent English communication is a must
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft office, database, and analytical tools
  • Possess excellent problem-solving, analysis, and project management skill
  • Acquired great leadership skills, and a good team player
  • Possess strategical thinking, and visions to lead the team with high performances and achievements
  • Have great collaboration, negotiation, time management skills, and service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently
  • Good Vietnam statutory accounting and IFRS knowledge
