Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Renewable Energy Company for the role of Business Development Manager - Biomass. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in Business Development, prior experience in handling biomass products and the partnership aspects as well

Job Descriptions :

  • Identify and develop new biomass partnership opportunities/prospect and others potential biomass suppliers
  • In charge in creating a good collaboration and following-up with existing and potential partners
  • Ensure the development actions are aligned with corporate strategy
  • Prepare and present new partnership models
  • Draft and negotiate proposals, supply/partnership agreements.
  • Prepare costing for biomass supply - and suggest cost optimization measures
  • Conduct research for biomass cost and transportation
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure successful implementation of the projects
  • Work closely with (internal and external) C-level decision makers.

Job Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of related professional experience
  • Background in sourcing/procurement, business development, sales, business partnerships or another
  • related field
  • Having experience in biomass projects or operations will be an advantage
  • High level established networks to biomass suppliers across Java will be a benefit
  • Experience in drafting / revising / reviewing contracts is essential
