Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational electronics manufacturing company. Our respective client is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. This role will be reporting to the Manager in Hong Kong, requires onsite reporting and is located in Pasig City.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Identify good location for the new stores
Manage permits and licenses needed in opening stores
Entice new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
Recognize researching opportunities to come up with new and existing markets
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients and management
Bring together efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Connect with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Establish positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Perform Sales Executive duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related course
At least 3-5 years work experience in Business Development
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Successful track record in business development
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
