International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a well-known company worldwide in lubricants/oil industry. Our client is seeking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of Industrial Lubricants and Process Fluid product for the job of Business Development Manager. The job is based in Ha Noi city, Vietnam

Job Summary: Reporting to Sales Head cum Technical & Product Head, the Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and developing key accounts and B2B projects in Process Fluid industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plan and business strategies for new product series in Process Fluid Group
  • Support and supervise sales activities on site
  • Look for new leads and market for revenue opportunities and coordinate with other departments to settle external feedback
  • Search for B2B projects and key account under strategic segments
  • Plan and manage the assigned business according to agreed country development strategies
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive business for long-term and short-term goals
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and optimization of quality of service
  • Produce business performance reports which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Monitor market and competitive situations closely.

Job Requirements:

  • Engineering background in Oil Chemical or Metal Process engineer
  • At least 5 years working with MWF sales or in lubricant sales
  • Hunting/Business Development skills
  • Could work independently
  • Proficiency in English
