International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Global Law Firm. As the business is rapidly expanding, our client is seeking a talented for BD Senior Executive/Manager, open for both Vietnamese and Expat. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with Managers or Partners to prepare, coordinate and finalize pitches and capability statements for clients and with core client teams to develop and strengthen the client relationships
  • Participating with business associations/ communities including attending key networking events and liaison regarding collaboration opportunities
  • Conducting research and provide business, industry, client, and competitor intelligence and analysis
  • Coordinating with Partners on marketing and business development strategies, to assist with client relationship management, client acquisition, and profile-raising
  • Build relationships with BDMC colleagues across the region
  • Updating client lists, client contract and so forth into database
  • Report the progress of BD initiatives to relevant Partners and Line Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in legal, business administration, sales or marketing
  • Has experience working in a professional services or financial services field
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written in English
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with the Partners to achieve objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to resolve issues. High level of commercial acumen and strong analytical skills
