International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an interior design firm, Singapore.

Our client is seeking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in sales with track record as the company is going to establish office in Vietnam.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the commercial interior design industry.
  • Strong track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate and close contracts.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage the Singapore team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new business partnerships.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
