Our highly respected client is seeking a Business Development Manager with at least 5 years' experience including relevant experience. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh.

Job Overall:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by conducting surveys, researching market trends, and providing strategic insights to facilitate the successful setup of our commercial center. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, establishing valuable partnerships, and driving the expansion of our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the commercial center industry.
  • Analyze data from surveys, market reports, and other sources to draw actionable insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the optimal setup and positioning of the commercial center based on market trends and customer demands.
  • Identify potential partners, stakeholders, and collaborators to enhance the offerings and services of the commercial center.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stay updated on market developments.
  • Create comprehensive business development plans outlining goals, strategies, and key performance indicators.
  • Present findings, proposals, and progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities based on market research findings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust them as needed to achieve objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in market research, business development, or a related role within the commercial or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to various audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative business opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong networking abilities and a demonstrated track record of building successful professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using market research tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in project management and business strategy development is highly desirable.
