As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, establishing valuable partnerships, and driving the expansion of our market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the commercial center industry.
- Analyze data from surveys, market reports, and other sources to draw actionable insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the optimal setup and positioning of the commercial center based on market trends and customer demands.
- Identify potential partners, stakeholders, and collaborators to enhance the offerings and services of the commercial center.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stay updated on market developments.
- Create comprehensive business development plans outlining goals, strategies, and key performance indicators.
- Present findings, proposals, and progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities based on market research findings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust them as needed to achieve objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in market research, business development, or a related role within the commercial or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to various audiences.
