Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 10 years of experience in Business Development expertise in sealant or chemical construction for the job of Business Development Manager. The position will be based in Metro, Manila, Philippines.
Job summary:
The Business Development Manager assists in the development of the service business development strategy for Philippines in Chemical Construction.
Key job responsibilities include:
Develop new clients and ensure pre-qualification status is achieved is achieved and maintained with customers in the market
Develop close working relationships with existing and potential customers at buyer level
Ensure all sales actions are carried out and complete
Investigate new business opportunities in Philippines market
Assist with company division sales forecasting
Promote other company product lines / division where opportunities are identified
Issue a monthly report with overview of previous and forthcoming month sales activity
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma. Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the related industry
Good technical knowledge on waterproofing & sealants and other constructions products
Able to use Autocad would be an advantage
Customer-oriented behavior and mindset
Outgoing personality with good sales skills
Possess own transport and a valid driver's license, willing to travel when required
Flexible, responsive and able to work long & irregular hours if required
