Business Development Manager

Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the countries largest canning and fishing manufacturer and they are bringing innovation in food technology and packaging industry. Our respective client is looking for a Business Development Manager whose role is responsible for bringing new businesses to the organization. This position will be reporting to the Chief Growth and Development officer, requires onsite reporting and is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Research and Development team on prototype development and conduct necessary sensory/concept and benchmark tests
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend suitable toll manufacturer for cost savings of the company.
  • Coordinate with Creative Group for development of creative and communication materials
  • Managed the business plan, operations, development and launch of the first factory community store as its initial step into the huge retail market.
  • Provide specific business or project feasibility studies and recommendation for new businesses in the Philippine market
  • Source for information/data and generated studies on industry and market landscape.
  • Provided investment scenario and analysis to support Top Management's decision-making process

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Business-Related Course
  • At least 5 years work experience in Business Development.
  • With organizational, strategic, Technical and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
