Our respected client is seeking a highly competent professional for the job of Business Development Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Develop a growth strategy and align KPIs focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Formulate and incubate new business concepts to serve customers' needs.
- Identify and capture opportunities in new markets and improve sales.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 5 - 10 years as a B2B Sales/ BD Manager of working experience in Housing Construction, Furniture Industry, or Building Materials.
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurship, negotiation, and teamwork.
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing.
- Willing to work mobile.
