Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is currently recruiting for a global entertainment-focused company at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. We seek a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development for a key role focused on driving growth within Indonesia. This position will be based in Bali, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partnerships with theme parks, attractions, and resorts
  • Develop and present sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless integration with business operations.
  • Maintain market awareness and a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the line manager as required.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior management in partner organizations and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure project completion.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships within the company's portfolio.
  • Identify and leverage revenue opportunities by implementing new photography initiatives.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the line manager as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in written and oral communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A balanced, assertive yet approachable demeanor with a keen enthusiasm for sales and success.
  • Demonstrated strategic and intuitive multitasking abilities.
  • Excitement for working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa.
  • A graduate with 8-10 years of proven experience in business development/sales.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Additional experience in the hospitality and banking industries is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
