Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading system integrator and digital enabler in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Business Development Manager (Security) with suitable qualifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess 6+ years' experience in Consultative selling and Business development, partner, or BD roles and, focusing on infrastructure or cloud platform.
  • Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Product and the ability to utilize their solutions effectively to address customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Product and Program Licensing
  • Prior experience at IT Cybersecurity Principal or a systems integrator partner is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of establishing connections with senior C-level stakeholders, leading global business development initiatives with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex organizational structure.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the formulation of business development strategies and initiatives in the Indonesian cybersecurity market, identifying and defining new opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, solutions, and marketing teams in this endeavor.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' overall cybersecurity portfolios, IT infrastructure, and business priorities, aligning these insights to design implementation architectures and solutions that align with company's cybersecurity offerings.
  • Serve as the trusted cybersecurity advisor, ensuring the achievement of sales quotas by nurturing long-term relationships built on a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Build trust and establish credibility by leveraging extensive technical expertise to create and deliver valuable solution architectures.
  • Foster the development, sharing, and empowerment of company's sales team with insights into customer, market, and industry trends. This includes staying updated on competitive and market dynamics as well as product and technology trends.
  • Create a network of relationships with key ecosystem partners to facilitate joint demand generation and amplify the reach of company's cybersecurity solutions and services.
