Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the Health-Tech Startups in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The job to based in Tangerang Selatan.

Job Descriptions:

  • Create, and develop growth, business plan, & marketing strategy
  • Discover new opportunities for partnership by exploring and analyzing existing data
  • Analyze data from Customer feedback as a basis for creating the plan.
  • Analyze post campaign from all channels with related parties to create the plan and develop inventories
  • Understand customer preferences and update to date with the trend.
  • Stay ahead of the competition to offer relevant and sharp services that meet the customer's needs
  • Improve on existing inventories and service, as well as the processes to execute the inventories (from pitch to invoicing)
  • Developing ideas for merchant campaigns, managing processes, and execution

Job Requirements:

  • Having 5 years of experience in a marketing or Business Development, preferably in Mom & Baby, digital industry, or hospital & clinic
  • Have excellent skills in marketing & digital strategy, strong knowledge in PR and brand building, and up to date with the trends
  • Have strong feasibilities studies, the decision based on data
  • Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
  • Able to think out of the box in conceptualizing ideas, creativity, and logical thinking would be key
  • Dynamic, self-driven, keen learner with a positive attitude. able to work with any stakeholders
  • having knowledge about pharmaceuticals and relation with hospital/clinic will be advantaged
