- Possess 6+ years' experience in Consultative selling and Business development, partner, or BD roles, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on infrastructure or cloud platform.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Partner ecosystems and the ability to utilize their solutions effectively to address customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Licensing, including EA & CSP.
- Prior experience at Microsoft or a systems integrator partner is beneficial.
- Preferably possess a Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certificate (AZ-500).
- Proven track record of establishing connections with senior C-level stakeholders, leading global business development initiatives with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex organizational structure.
- Formulate business development strategies and initiatives for the Indonesian market. Identify and shape new business growth opportunities in collaboration with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
- Comprehend clients' cloud and digital transformation portfolios, IT priorities, and success indicators to create solution architectures aligned with company's Microsoft Solutions and services.
- Act as a Trusted Microsoft Cloud Advisor, meeting sales quota objectives by nurturing lasting relationships that emphasize understanding customer requirements to craft and provide valuable solution architectures.
- Represent the company as a Microsoft Cloud partner, influencing our long-term strategy and partnerships for mutual benefit. Keep senior leaders informed about progress and improvement areas.
- Educate and empower company's sellers with insights into customer, market, and industry trends, including competitive dynamics and technology shifts.
- Establish a network of relationships with key ecosystem partners to collaboratively drive demand and enhance the visibility of company's cloud solutions and services.
