Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of one of the fastest growing distribution and direct selling companies globally. Our respected client is looking for a Business Development Officer plays a vital role in expanding and strengthening an organization's network. This is a hybrid work setup in Ortigas Center.

As a Business Development Officer, your primary responsibilities include identifying potential partners, cultivating relationships with business owners and distributors, and establishing collaborations. You will assess market trends, analyze competitors, and actively contribute to strategic planning. Working closely with stakeholders, you will negotiate agreements and ensure effective communication. Travel may be required to build and nurture connections within your assigned network.

Key Duties:
1. Networking and Audience Engagement:
- Function as a bridge between the company and its present and potential audience.
- Represent the company in various online and offline channels, engaging with people through sales and marketing activities and events.
2. Brand Representation:
- Work at the frontline to establish a positive first impression and lasting connections, ensuring the success of partnerships.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, nonprofit management).
  • At least 3 years experience in networking, partnership development, and fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Knowledge of the organization's sector and the ability to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Medical representatives and insurance agents are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in speaking the local dialect is a plus.
