Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading technology solutions service provider operating globally, with particular focus in both Latin America and North America. Our respected client is seeking for a Director with at least 5-10 years of experience in BPO industry. The job is based in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.
Job summary:
The Operations Director oversees all operational aspects of company strategy, helps set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operations information to the chief executive and the board.
Key job responsibilities include:

  • Oversee organization's ongoing operations and procedures
  • Responsible for the efficacy of business
  • Key member of the senior management team
  • Maintain key operational procedures, creates new processes, and ensure day to day operational excellence.
  • Oversees legalities and company policies
  • Making sure safety regulations are followed
  • Keeping employees motivated and organising appropriate training
  • Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement
  • Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues
  • Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff
  • Driving the business to increase profits


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
  • At least 10 years of executive level operational experience from BPO is required
  • 5 years managerial level is preferred
  • Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills are must.
  • Possess good leadership skills and good communicator
