Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prominent business school that focuses on developing business leaders in the Asia-Pacific region. They are seeking a Business Process Manager whose responsibilities typically involve overseeing and optimizing various operational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the institution. He/She will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and supporting the institution's mission of providing high-quality education and services. This position requires onsite reporting in Makati City, Philippines.

Job summary:

The Business Process Manager will analyze and evaluate the existing business processes of the institution. He/ She is tasked to introduce interventions and innovations that would rectify problems, enhance efficiency, and ensure profitability and sustainability of the business.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Performs analysis and evaluation on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
  • Develops strategies and new initiatives and outlines business process improvements.
  • Coordinates with different departments and stakeholders on the creation of cross-functional teams for the implementation of process improvement projects and initiatives.

  • Tracks, monitors, provides updates, communicate challenges and submits progress reports on ongoing process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Participates in Budget planning, forecasting, resources allocation, and scheduling process improvement projects.
  • Trains and educates team members involved in the implementation, management, and operation of different business processes.

Key job requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or Project Management or any related field.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business process management in related industry.
  • Business Understanding: Project Management


Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Business Process Management Software
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software


Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
