We are currently working with a reputable company in the advertising industry, that are looking for an experience Business Program Manager.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Also has experience working with mobile advertising technology platforms or any other type of digital advertising whether it be desktop, rich media, video

Responsibilities

  • You will drive the growth of the business customer base by strategically identifying target brands who will utilise their platform to advertise through specific, data driven marketing methods.
  • They will also be responsible for increasing the brands' adoption and understanding of the technology, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring that campaigns meet goals and objectives.
  • To succeed in this role you will need to forge strong connections in the media agency space and a solid understanding of digital advertising
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients and solving problems in a timely manner
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions, according to client needs and objectives
  • Give honest and helpful feedback to client
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings on a weekly basis

Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience in selling of software and analytics solutions in the retail sector with a proven ability to achieve consistently high results and achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience in loyalty programs/CRM/Customer Engagement software or related industries would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent client-facing skills; professional presentation skills; articulate written communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create strong and trusted relationships
